Hello wonderful people,

I'm Louise, creator of Wildly Mindful 👋 As a Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Therapies Uni graduate, I decided to follow my passion and share my knowledge about mindful living. Mindfulness has changed my world and I know first hand that mindful living can bring you serenity, empowerment and happiness. It's not just about spending hours meditating on a cushion, but is accessible in everyday life. Mindfulness is for everyone and can be cultivated in the little moments. Whether it's drinking tea, chatting with friends, running or walking in nature. I believe intention, attention and a mindful attitude can be brought to every moment...you may just need a little reminder on your t shirt 😄

My mission is to bring mindfulness to everyday living for a happier, healthier and more compassionate world.

Wildly Mindful is for individuals who are interested in mindfulness, have a consistent or stop/start mindfulness practice or feel drawn to mindfulness philosophy. I mean, who doesn’t feel inspired by Gandhi?

Our high quality products will help bring a mindful attitude to your everyday life with the mindfulness-inspired phrases and designs. If you’re wearing an organic cotton t shirt, sweatshirt or tote bag, you’ll be reminded to bring intention, attention and a mindful attitude to the present moment. Making you live a little more happier, healthier and compassionate.

Based in Surrey, England we work with incredible manufacturers in Europe to bring to you a range of the highest quality ethically sourced and sustainable products with meaningful designs that are not available in any old shop. They are highly experienced, ethically driven, sustainable and customer centric. I'm very excited to partner with them.

What's the meaning behind "Wildly Mindful"?

The phrase has two layers. The first relates to nature. Being out in the wilderness is hugely beneficial for our wellbeing. For many of us, it is a safe space to connect to the present moment and practice mindfulness. In nature, we can feel more in tune with our surroundings and more grounded. Whether you’re going for a walk in a woodland, along the beach, in a park or garden... you can feel the ground under your feet, the breeze on your face, hear sounds of local wildlife. Nature is a source of calm and serenity for many of us. The "Wildly Mindful" design invites us to be in the present moment, feel free and be aware of our surroundings.

The second layer is about living boldly, freely and authentically. To have courage to grow, learn and find your own path. Being "Wildly Mindful" is to be true to yourself everyday. We can cultivate our inner wisdom and strength by practicing mindfulness and embodying the mindfulness attitudes. These are to trust yourself, be patient, be non-striving, let go of things you cannot control, have a fresh perspective, be non-judgemental, be grateful and accept yourself.

My goal is that with our products you’ll be reminded to be Wildly Mindful.
